Carla Redmond is a seasoned real estate professional holding an active Nevada real estate license since 1996 and an active Nevada real estate broker license since 2003. In addition to being well-versed in buying and selling homes, Carla has worked as a developer/project manager on some of Las Vegas’ most unique and extravagant properties.
Presently, Carla serves as a broker/salesperson for Simply Vegas, a newly developed company started by Gavin Ernstone, a successful real estate professional. Carla decided to make a move to Simply Vegas from Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, Inc. due to its lucrative opportunities and marketing tools they have at their disposal.
Previously, Carla served as a broker/salesperson for Coldwell Broker Premier Realty, Inc, a company she has worked for since 2006. She quickly earned the designation of Previews International Agent, a designation given to those realtors representing the luxury real estate market. Carla is ranked in the top 18% of real estate agents in the nation and in the top 9% of las vegas realtors. For the past three years, she has earned the President’s Circle Team designation, one of the highest honors presented by Coldwell Banker.
Prior to working for Coldwell Banker Premier, Carla owned and operated her own real estate brokerage business for over three years, Massone Realty LLC, her highly successful company specialized in representing buyers and sellers in acquiring/selling properties throughout the Las Vegas real estate market. Carla managed and oversaw the distribution and payment of all commissions while administering all aspects of office management and training. Although Carla enjoyed running her own company, she wanted to devote more time to her passion of selling real estate given her recent marriage and family. Joining the prestigious Coldwell Banker Premier team with its incomparable focus on customer service and satisfaction was the perfect fit.
From 1996 until 2003 Carla oversaw all leasing and marketing for Tower Realty and Development, Inc. in Las Vegas. She was the leasing agent for approximately 300,000 square feet of commercial Class A office space including proposal preparation and the negotiation of terms. Performing these duties gave her an understanding of the legal side of leasing and the preparation of marketing materials. Additionally, Carla served as an realtor, office and project manager for Western U.S. Contractors (an affiliate of Tower Realty & Development Inc.) responsible for locating potential sites for upscale developments and participated in architectural and construction aspects of various projects.
Carla is an accomplished realtor professional, priding herself on providing excellent service and satisfaction. Her unique experience allows her to be knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and development transactions.
Gisella has always possessed a passion for real estate and has enjoyed many aspects the industry has to offer. She earned her Associates of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies and shortly thereafter became the in-house paralegal for Tower Realty & Development, Inc. where she filtered the firm’s contractor litigation. From there she maintained her title of in-house paralegal for the law firm of Perry & Spann, and then American Tower. Her main focus was the preparation and writing of court pleadings and extensive research for class action lawsuits. She then returned to Tower Realty & Development, Inc. as the property manager for their commercial real estate portfolio which encompassed over 500,000 square feet of Class-A office space. In 2003 she obtained her real estate license and opened Massone Realty with her sister, Carla. Listings and home stagings were two of her major responsibilities as well as price negotiations and the coordination of time lines (inspections, appraisals, escrow signings, etc.). In 2006 she joined the team of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty as an realtor and enjoyed a successful four years before signing on with Simply Vegas in 2010. In today’s market she works extensively with short sales and the required legal process while bank negotiations are conducted. Once completed, she then oversees the escrow process.
Born and raised right here in Las Vegas, Julie is proud to be known as one of its natives. Upon her graduation from Bishop Gorman College Preparatory High School, she received her B.A. from the University of Southern California with a degree in psychology. Growing up in Las Vegas has given Julie an enormous advantage when it comes to navigating throughout the city’s ever changing real estate market. She prides herself in knowing just what neighborhoods, schools, and homes are the perfect fit for her clients.

Julie is a current member of the SFR and has earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. Awarded by the National Association of Realtors, the SFR certification is awarded to Realtors who have received advanced training in handling short-sales and foreclosure properties. Realtors who possess this certification are trained to advise buyers and sellers about the various alternatives to foreclosure, and if necessary, the short-sale and foreclosure process.

He has been selling luxury homes in the Las Vegas Valley for over 16 years and is widely respected as one of the top Luxury home agents in Las Vegas. Gavin consistently sells more homes over $2 Million, $3 Million and $4 Million than his competition, yet he still provides the incredible level of personal service to every one of his clients that he has from day one.
Sherri Warf has lived in the Las Vegas Valley for over 37 years. She majored in Communication Studies and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from UNLV.
She began her real estate career in 2006 at Prudential Americana Group. She is a licensed Realtor and Certified Short Sale Professional, a designation which has enabled her to be successful in the ever changing Las Vegas market. Sherri became a Buyer's Representative for Gavin Ernstone in 2009 and has been an real estate agent at Simply Vegas since its inception in 2010.
